* Provides a transitional living program.
Serves: Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties.
Eligibility: Mothers ages 16 to 21 years who are parenting and/or currently pregnant and homeless. Do not need to be coming from a homeless shelter to receive assistance.

Fees: No fee for services.
Intake Process: Call for appointment.
Documents Required: Verification of homelessness.
Languages Offered: Interpreters available as needed.
