* Provides transitional housing for homeless adults that are diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
Serves: Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties.
Eligibility: 18 years of age and older.
Income must fall under the 200% poverty level
Veterans are given priority.

Intake Process: By appointment.
Documents Required: Must have documentation of HIV/AIDS status. Proof of homelessness.
